The Lines Sprint

gradient and form

Twelve straight-line moves that should be automatic. A fresh set every run, so you cannot memorize the answers.

Why race? A 9709 paper gives you roughly 1.5 minutes per mark. Every coordinate geometry question is built from small moves: a gradient, a midpoint, a length, an equation in integer form. When those cost you almost nothing, your time goes to the part of the question that is actually hard.

Perpendicular gradients, gradient from two points, midpoints, exact lengths, integer form, parallel lines, intersections, and picking the right gradient out of a story.
